It all began by wanting to heal and feel better through all stages of life.
After experiencing multiple injuries from endurance running, riding, and swimming, I turned to Pilates in search of a method to strengthen my body, heal, and prevent further issues. Consistent practice not only helped me feel better but also allowed me to continue enjoying the activities I love—even in everyday life. In addition, I had a few committed friends to practice with and that made all the difference. Through Pilates, I gained a deeper understanding of the importance of listening to my body, building strength through length, and harnessing the power of breath flow.
Inspired by these transformative benefits, I became a comprehensive Pilates teacher, NCPT, and continue to engage in advanced training and education. My mission is to help you move better, protect your body for life, and hopefully do it with a friend. Committing to sustainable, consistent Pilates practice, individuals and small groups can come together to support, inspire, and transform one another. By combining breath with mindful movement, you will first feel better and then truly transform.
